Greetings!

Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg says that women need to negotiate to get what they want and deserve and advises women to “Lean In” to advance in life.  Whether day-to-day negotiations with friends and family or complex professional negotiations, the outcome of a negotiation can change your life. Learn negotiation steps and techniques from Dr. Lois Phillips in a lively one-day workshop.

PANEL OF EXPERTS: Attorney and Mediator Louise La Mothe and Judy Guillermo Newton, Senior Vice President of Montecito Bank & Trust will join Instructor and Moderator Lois Phillips to discuss how they prep for various types of negotiations and “lessons learned.”

Each person will leave with a personal action plan for how to continue to develop strength as a negotiator. For questions about the workshop, contact Dr. Lois Phillips at lois@loisphillips.com
